We hope this message finds you and your family well during these difficult times. We will continue to be here for you to ensure that your issues and concerns are addressed as smoothly as possible, however we have adjusted how we conduct business in these unprecedented times.

 

To protect our clients and staff, our office has taken precautions recommended by the CDC and our elected officials. We are engaging in appropriate “social distancing” for our mutual safety and for the benefit of our community. As elder law and estate attorneys on Long Island, we are especially concerned about vulnerable populations, will do all we can to maintain health and safety, and are making every effort to avoid actions that might contribute to the spread of this disease.

 

We have implemented technology that enables our staff to work from home. While we hope to continue to provide in-person accessibility as needed we are available by telephone and video-conferencing platforms. We welcome calls from both new and existing clients.
